You know what is really scarry? That you do everything right; move to the countryside, start a sustainable homestead and grow your own plant-based food, and in the meanwhile the climate becomes so different that plants just fail to produce because they are adapted to a different kind of climate. This is happening! This past season we have almost zero fruits (plums, pears, peaches, apples, wallnuts... all failed due to frost in april), heatwaves took letuce and cruciferous greens, and so on. I've written apiece about it and perhaps I should another one. :)
