Yes, this answer so many questions I've had as an adult. How do NT folks get so many things done? I always assumed it was a simple time-usage problem; I seem to need a lot more time alone, plus I have a burning desire for learning (=book reading, language learning, watching youtube tutorials, etc), so there you have it. But as you point out, it is much more than that. Thank you for illuminating it.
