When I heard Jordan Peterson explain how he realised that the Bible is the book of all books, I had to laugh. Just watch:

You gotta give him credit! This guy is incredible at what he does. I don’t necessarily agree with what he says, nor do I approve of how he says it, but at least he is sincere and very bold about it too. He is an erudite, he’s mind is sharp and his tongue even sharper. The speed and the precision with which he launches back one-liners in interviews is something that can’t be learned.

I honestly admire all of that and have nothing against him. I would take him on dinner any given day!

But there’s a caveat!

When it comes to explaining things, there are two types of people; those who make complex ideas seem easy and graspable and those who make simple ideas sound sophisticated and profound. The former makes a mountain seem like a molehill, and the latter a mountain out of a molehill.
