Thanks Liz, I too want to pass the threshold and actually get read. Right now it often seems like I'm posting into a void. My greatest challenge is the language barier (I'm not a native speaker), often style, but I have no shortage of ideas. I've posted 350+ articles on WordPress before transitioning to Medium and this monetisation thing is somewhat disorienting. I'd like to get paid for writing, but then again; I don't want to condition myself (too much) by the likes and dislikes of an audience. If you find my writing worthwhile I'll be happy to have you as a reader.
