It is not the engineering part that worries me, it is people. We have perfectly good medical and engineering solutions for Covid-19, but if not enough people decides to use them, it is all useless.

Engineering is relatively easy, convincing people to change their ways is near impossible. You need not just 2x, but rather 10x better solutions to convince them.
