In this series I'm trying to be as straightforward as I can in terms of what can be documented in purely biological and physical terms. I'm saving other dimensions for later.

Sure, these problems are as complex as they can get. When it comes to human rights and labour, food production is a problem across the board. There is a German documentary Europas dreckige Ernte, directed by Vanessa Lünenschloß, Jan Zimmermann (2018) which shows the insanity of vegetable production in Spain. Tens of thousands of illegal immigrants are enslaved for our cheap zucchini in supermarket chains. Find it if you can.
