I was recently researching color science that goes into digital photography. I came across some hypothesis stating that people from different geographical backgrounds perceive colors differently .

For example:

-African populations, living in sunlit environments with rich earth tones, might have enhanced sensitivity to browns and warm hues.

-Asian populations, especially those from regions with frequent use of red and warm colors in art and textiles, might show a preference or heightened sensitivity toward warmer tones.Europeans, particularly Northern

-Europeans, have historically lived in environments with more overcast skies and dense greenery, possibly leading to a preference for and sensitivity to greens and blues.

I'd appreciate to learn more, if you know it yourself or if you have any sources on the subject.
